How is Ciao Bella different from regular hair ties?
Ciao Bella hair ties use a pineapple fiber blend fabric that's softer on hair, paired with a natural rubber + cotton core for reliable hold. Unlike plastic hair ties, they won't snag, pull, or damage your hair—and they're better for the planet.
Unlike traditional hair ties (and even many “sustainable” ones made from recycled polyester), our Halos are completely free from virgin plastic.
That means no microplastics, no 500-year breakdown timeline—just a better alternative.
What are Ciao Bella Halos made from?
Our Halos are made from upcycled pineapple fiber fabric and a core of natural rubber and cotton elastic—no plastic.
Instead of contributing to waste, we transform agricultural byproducts into something beautiful and functional.

How long do they last?
They are very durable. With proper care (hand wash and air dry), each tie can last up to 1 year. They're built to be reused, not replaced. If they snap within the first 90 days, be sure to get your free replacement pack!
